1-Following the notification of the loading/unloading place and date to SYK the below will be performed on behalf of your company;

• Determination of the transport company,
• Receiving the detailed freight price,
• Delivery date and place agreement,
• Performed by taking approval from you.
  
  

2- Your company will be notified when necessary by performing the travel tracking of the goods.

3- The documents of the transport company requested to be brought with the goods are organized.

• Bill of loading
• Quality Control Certificate
• A.TR and EUR-1 Circulation Documents
• Health Certificate
• Packing List
• Insurance Policy

4- The transport insurance policy of the goods will get issued provided that the consent will be taken by your side in line with your demand.

5- If the goods will be brought to a special bonded warehouse, the selection of the most suitable bonded warehouse will be made by us.
