Training and Development Planning Management
SYK Customs Consultancy attaches importance to the professional development of our employees, as well as their personal development. For this reason, Syk Academy was established in 2007 in order to continuously support the development of our employees with training opportunities. Syk Academy is a learning, development and sharing platform where activities that will support the development of our employees are planned.
Training requests of our employees are received under the umbrella of Syk Academy, and their general training needs are determined and annual training programs are created. The evaluation results of all trainings given to our employees are analyzed and their efficiency is measured.
