In SYK Customs Consultancy, once a year in order to make the success sustainable with wages, fair and competitive wage policies and high performance standards; job levels, wage market, wage policy and performance parameters are taken into account.

Recruitment Management

In the selection of human resources, we recruit according to the training, experience, competence, career goals and expectations of the people, the characteristics required by the position and the company needs. Our basic recruitment policy is to employ colleagues, who are prone to teamwork, customer-oriented and will add value to our corporate culture, within our company.

Performance Management

One of our practices that plays an important role in achieving our company's strategic goals is our performance management system. In order to ensure that our employees are evaluated objectively, to reveal their potential, to increase their motivation and to reward success, a performance evaluation is carried out in our company once a year.

Training and Development Planning Management

SYK Customs Consultancy attaches importance to the professional development of our employees, as well as their personal development. For this reason, Syk Academy was established in 2007 in order to continuously support the development of our employees with training opportunities. Syk Academy is a learning, development and sharing platform where activities that will support the development of our employees are planned.

Training requests of our employees are received under the umbrella of Syk Academy, and their general training needs are determined and annual training programs are created. The evaluation results of all trainings given to our employees are analyzed and their efficiency is measured.

Suggestion System Management

At SYK Customs Consultancy, we have an online suggestion system open to the participation of all our employees. All kinds of remedial and applicable suggestions from our employees contribute to the development of all our processes.

Every employee who contributes to our suggestion system is rewarded.

Appreciation System Management

An Appreciation-Recognition system was established in our company in 2012 in order to increase the loyalty, motivation, success and high performance of our employees.

According to the Appreciation - Recognition System, we reward our employees under the titles of seniority-incentive awards, suggestion awards, quality awards, improvement awards and representation awards.

SYK Customs Consultancy

The foundations of our establishment were laid 65 years ago in 1952 by Hasan Burhanettin SOYAK. This initiative began in a small room inn has been transformed into one of the outgoing year for a total of 16 offices in six cities and 150 employees with leading companies in the industry capable of producing services in all of Turkey's customs administration.
